It is recommended that due to the technical problems in the Chrome browser, you rather visit the website with the browsers Mozilla Firefox or Internet Explorer, which work like a clock.
If you browse with Google Chrome all the elements may not display or work properly. You need to make a ”Hard Reload“ of the page (it is not just a simple refresh page).
The process is very simple:
Windows / Linux / ChromeOS: press simultaneously Ctrl and F5. The page will reload and work properly.
On a Mac: Press Shift key and simulatniously in the toolbar, click on the Reload button.
Thank you for your understanding.
